Will not turn on..

When i press the power button. nothing comes on..
Except the Network card lights.

any ideas? bad power supply maybe?

It could be a number of things to be honest. Most of the time you are correct, it is the power supply. In some instances, I have seen the motherboard or processor also cause the same issue. Even though your network card is receiving power (which I am assuming is connected to a PCI slot) from the motherboard, it still could be the culprit. I recommend bringing the PC down to our service center. They will test your power supply for free. If the power supply is dead, that’s an easy fix. Simply buy a new one and pop it in. If the power supply checks out to be okay, we leave you the option to leaving the PC for further testing. Hope this helps you. 8)
